The Starter & Stopwatch app for swimming serves as a practical tool for swimmers looking to refine their starting techniques and accurately track their performance times.

 <ol>
 <li>Starter Function This feature allows users to customize the time interval from "TAKE YOUR MARKS" to the start sound. Additionally, it includes a randomization option, which enhances practice by simulating varied start conditions.</li>
 
 <li>Lap Time & Split Time After the start sound, users can measure lap and split times by pressing either the "Lap" or "Stop" button. Should an error occur in measurement, results can be easily deleted by swiping left on the respective result cell.</li>
 
 <li>Saving Results Measured times are easily saved with a simple press of the "Save" button and can be organized and reviewed by date.</li>
 
 <li>Event Setting Users can customize their experience by selecting various events, such as "Men's 100m Freestyle," directly from the initial display, where the 100m event is pre-set.</li>
 
 <li>Color Settings The application offers flexibility in aesthetics, allowing users to change both the background and timer colors according to their preferences.</li>
